I'm completely ready to "discuss reality." Here is what White said: “And D.C. keep talking about, ‘We a resilient city.’ And that’s a model based off the Rothschilds controlling the climate to create natural disasters they can pay for to own the cities, man. Be careful.”

It is only anti-Semitic if you know that the Rothschilds are Jewish and are part of historical anti-Semitic conspiracy theories. If you don't know such things -- and it appears that White didn't -- it is no different than as if he had blamed the weather on the Smith family.

Yes, it is hard to believe that he was unaware of the religion of the Rothschilds, but I have run into other DC natives -- some quite well educated -- who also didn't know anything about the Rothschilds. You are confusing ignorance with anti-Semitism.

Moreover, White has not espoused his moronic conspiracy theory "at every public opportunity" and nor has he "doubled down on them". To the contrary, he apologized and engaged in an effort to educate himself about anti-Semitism. Given your misunderstanding of White's actions, it appears that White may not be the only one speaking from a position of ignorance.

I don't misunderstand anything. Hate speech is hate speech. Ignorance is not a justification for disseminating vile conspiracy theories, especially about an ethnic or racial group. And his behavior at the Holocaust Museum was worse than doubling down. He walked out on his tour guide after making attempts to justify Nazi barbarism. That's not "an effort to educate himself about anti-Semitism."

He did not attempt to justify Nazi barbarism. That is an outright lie. If White is espousing anti-Semitism "at every public opportunity" as you falsely claimed, you would not have to lie to support your allegation. I am defending White against false allegations. I am doing so because I think the truth is better than lies. I think there are enough truthful reasons to criticize White and demand that he be held accountable for his actions and it is not necessary -- and actually counter-productive -- to invent falsehoods about him. The real question is why you are so determined to lie about him?

Nothing is invented - you apparently don't read the Post, Jeff. White repeatedly told the tour guide that he thought a photo of Nazi stormtroopers showed them "protecting" a girl who was obviously being abused, even after he was corrected by a museum guide. That's justifying Nazi barbarism.

White asked a question about a photo. He asked it one time, not "repeatedly". He misunderstood what was happening in the photo, but that is far from justifying Nazi barbarism. Again, if White is espousing anti-Semitism "at every public opportunity" you would be able to provide a lot better examples than this. If you think I'm disparaging you as a liar, maybe consider how White feels about being wrongly disparaged as an anti-Semite. I have a lot more evidence of your lying than you have of his anti-Semitism.

As I said, there are plenty of reasons to oppose White. But, there is no need to invent false reasons.
