I'm fine with transparency, but I don't think a tenth of a percentage point should matter as much as the presence of a cohort. Transparency would prevent abuse and provide accountability, but there will be so much whining and bickering by people who want to game the rules in their kid's favor that this board will become even less bearable.[/quote]
