So rest - 25 middle schools - compete for 100 seats. Instead of 26 middle schools competing for 125 seats. It makes it EASIER only for the TPMS kids. Whether you support this policy or not (I used to support this policy even though we are not zoned for TPMS, but now I am not so sure), it is up-is-downism to say this makes it easier for the rest of the schools.
