This is sarcasm right. Peter newsham is a wife beater. He beat his ex-wife and left her with a broken jaw. He beat his then -girlfriend, a news reporter, and left bruises. Newsham, as the Asst Chief of Detectives, had an 11year old girl arrested for filing a false police report.  The child had been gang raped, but because she changed her story he had an 11year old ,traumatized child arrested. He also cost the city over 15 million dollars in legal cost because he ordered the hog tying and arrest of protesters. Yes, he ordered MPD police offers to hog tie and detain the world bank protesters.  How would you feel if you were any of those victims?  You either think white people are respected simply  because of the color of their skin, or you are just damn ignorant. Follow the news sometimes. The local news did a big story on his antics less than a month ago.  This is just what's been reported and out in the open, so you know there's more behind that shield of silent blue.   Jeeze, respected.  Oh, and by the time that girls lawyers finish with the city, Newsham would have cost the tax payers another sweet million. [/quote]

Well it is kind of obvious that white is right regardless of any and everything else. If Antwan Wilson was white there would not be almost twenty pages of hand ringing. Peter Newsham's unsavory acts have been on the six o'clock news and DCUM doesn't care. White "liberal" DC at its hypocritical best. [/quote]
