Listen, real estate is crazy. There is nothing like Mt. Prospect coming up in that neck of the woods for many years to come. This is what people are paying. When we bought the windmill palatine model look alike with all the trimmings in phase 1 for 2.1 million 2.5 years ago, even I thought we were crazy. Its appraising for 3.1 million now minimum. Before you call me a toll brother troll, all I will say is if you can afford it ,go for it. So much has been said on the forum over the last 3 years that the estate will go south but it has not happened. Total lots left are about 4. The lots will sell sooner than later and toll brothers will move to the next project. That's how things are. If you can afford it ,get in. If you can not ,keep moving but prices are not crashing. If you believe that, you're living in la la land.
There’s plenty of excellent real estate around the area. You make it sound like Mt. Prospect is the last bit of land left in North Potomac.
Can we just say Gaithersburg?
So glad you came in at page 149 to say this. Very insightful.
What is Darnestown? Is that Gaithersburg, or Germantown? Both Darnestown and North Potomac are designated the same as being independent census designated places with the same zip code. For some reason, nobody has a problem when someone says “I live in Darnestown” but same folks have a problem with North Potomac.
why didn't they choose the old names, Berryville, Tobytown, or Poplar Grove.
