Facts:

BB was having an affair with AP
BB and AP went to the gun range a few weeks before the murders
BB bought AP a gun a few weeks before the murders
BB bought himself and AP new phones a few days before the murders
BB could have just shot JR a second time if he was truly a threat (a knife vs a gun tho - come on!) but instead had AP run to the safe and grab a new gun.
BB/AP called 911 and hung up the first time

Also, they brought a preschooler into a home where they believed there was an active home invasion and danger. They did not call 911 from outside the house.

Wasn't clear, where AP's lawyer CLAIMS they believed there was an active home invasion.

It is insane that AP would take a child into the house under those circumstances and fail to call 911 from outside or from the safety of a neighbor's home. Makes no sense at all, like the 2nd gun that would have AP's fingerprints and be used to silence her and throw her under the bus if need be. [/quote]
