I have not started flonase because there is a risk of nosebleeds and other issues if used too often. If any post nasal drip, or cough starts will use it.[/quote] Thank you[/quote] Same here. DS is on singular, Zyrtec, and Flonase. Emergency inhaler near by and waiting. The nosebleeds can occur if your child is not inserting and spraying at the proper angle. The allergist taught my son how to properly do it after a couple of rounds of nosebleeds. Also the mist is better than the regular version. [/quote]
