I think it is more likely they'd cut more corners to make up some of the cost involved with demolition and reconstruction.[/quote] Right. And I imagine the inspectors will be watching carefully. So if cheapness leads to shoddy construction and mistakes, they will have to be fixed. Which typically ends up costing more than doing it right the first time. [/quote]
