Biden didn’t waive Trump’s executive privilege, because Trump no longer had any executive privilege once he was no longer the sitting president.  The minute Biden was sworn in, that executive privilege belonged to him, and was his to waive based on the best interests of the Presidency and the country.  This is not unique to Biden and Trump, this is how it has been, in one form or another, pretty much since the US was formed.[/quote]
