Do you know what a tributary is? Most of the creeks and streams in Maryland flow into the Potomac, Anacostia and Patuxant Rivers, which eventusllly flow into the Chesapeake Bay.[/quote]

Good god.  There are no creeks and streams that flow into the Chesapeake Bay either.  The only body of water near Westminster is some body of water called the Liberty Reservoir.  Do you actually know where Carroll County is?  It doesn't seem like you are familiar.[/quote]
