Aren't they going to build a facility for rest rooms and changing rooms?  Will there be an area around the pool for lounge chairs and a kiddie pool?  What about the equipment shed?  If so, where will that go?  It can't all fit along with a pool inside the footprint of one tennis court (or even two courts).  [/quote]
