I’m about the same age as her and knew women my age that grew up in the Soviet bloc.  A lot of them thought men are generally dumb cheaters, and if you can find one that is not an alcoholic, not gojng to beat you, and can be easily manipulated, that’s a phenomenal result. Those women did not grow up on Cinderella and When Harry Met Sally   They were not waiting for the guy standing outside their window with a boom box playing Your Eyes.  She brought her parents over to America to live out their old age in comfort and has a son who is attending one of the best colleges in the world.  She is 💯 happy with her choices.  She is only irritated she has to live in a crappy historic home in a podunk swamp town and pretend to care about Christmas decorations.  [/quote]
