I did a college sport with a lot of success at it in my day and found out the hard way that nobody who is somebody with something good to offer in the real world cares one lick about yesterday's D1 college sport All-American. I'd like for my son to not spend the first 3-5 years of his career toiling to catch up like I did. Those All-American certificates make nice framed items for the sock drawer when it is done. I tell my kid don't be the guy in the bar talking about some sport back in the day. Other lacrosse dads should grow a pair and tell their 14 year old the same thing and really mean it. But whatever, good luck to all the Furman '22s and Siena '21s. Coming from someone who knows better, trust me, you'll need it. [/quote]
