Or he'll be visibly surprised to learn facts someone has put in there -- like he'll comment on it like he's reading a newspaper article and then inserting his own reactions. It's so weird (and scary -- who actually writes these speeches? How is policy vetted? I don't understand any of it at all).[/quote]
