So you finally admit that you are actively trying to slander this club and cost them business?  I’d tread carefully bro. Defamation is illegal in the state of Virginia.

I'm no lawyer (probably should just stop here while i'm ahead) - it's only slander if it's false and there has been a bit of truth in everything said so far and for Defamation or Slander they have to show actual damages, not hypothetical damages. Which would be nearly impossible because families switch clubs all the time and typically when a player signs up for the year they're signing a contract to pay in full.  Throw in the transient nature of their customers they won't be able to prove that someone didn't come because of something posted online.[/quote]
