The speculation about these items is stupid.  The Aspire teams will be the second team.  The first team will be ga.  In the case of LS, they decided to put the regional league teams into GA which they will quickly find out is a mistake.   The two ga teams NVA and LS will end up being relatively weak.  It will also vary by age group what happens.

LS will do what's best for LS, they'll put their top players on LS's GA1 team and the next best will be moved to NVA[/quote]
