00:26 -the ATC tells 5342 to change to runway 33 and they accept 
00:47 -the ATC tells JAZZ 789 that they are cleared for take off
1:05 - AAL 3130 (behind CRJ5342) is cleared to land at runway 1 and informed traffic may depart prior to them landing
1:27 - ATC says JAZZ 789 can departs and say good day

At this point CRJ 5307, CRJ 5342 and AAL3130 are in a row coming towards Regan. PAT 25 is coming from the opposite direction

00:21 - ATC tells JAZZ 789 they can depart and wishes them a good day
00:24 - ATC tells AA3130 slow to final
00:27 - ATC tells PAT 25 that there is traffic south of wilson bridge at 1200 ft (this is CRJ5342) and they are setting up for runway 33 (at 1:34). Note that JAZZ 789 has just taken off but it is NOT near the wilson bridge.
00:33 - PAT25 tells ATC that they have the aircraft in sight and request visual separation.

Even if they were looking at JAZZ 789, that plane was not close to the wilson bridge and if these pilots had thousands of hours and have been flying that path wouldn't they know that?

00:48 - ATC tells CRJ 5407 to keep rolling out to N, ground .7 and says good day

1:01 - ATC tells American 1630 cleared for take off runway 1

1:09 conflict alert
1:12 - ATC asks PAT 25 if they have the CRJ in sight and ask them to pass behind the CRJ
1:16 - PAT25 responds they have the aircraft in sight and have visual separation and then the crash.
