Please point out where in tis video a reasonable person would have been in fear of his life.  The second mark should do fine as an indicator.  And it has to be before he shot.

Please also explain how Ross did not voluntarily and unnecessarily put himself in harm's way (assuming of course he was in harm's way).  If he puts himself in harm's way, he can no longer claim he was in fear for his life.  [/quote]

If he feared for his life in that video, he's not fit for service. Given that what really happened is that he shot out of anger, he's again...not fit for service.[/quote]
