I finally watched the whole video. When the camera panned out, you could see it was a small location and not filled. Low rent looking. The crowd looked confused and just stood there and stared. Kari Noem (I think) was trying to follow his dance moves and act like it was all normal and also followed after him while he wandered. He didn't go along with her, though, and he'd change his actions again and then she'd have to stop. It was disconcerting, to say the least. He's completely in his own world. His family won't do anything because they have spent their lives following his every lead (except maybe Ivanka to a certain extent).and submit to all his whims. They don't know how to intervene because he's a person they've learned to never cross. Or maybe they're secretly glad and can't wait for his demise, or a little of both. Melania is completely MIA and he has no friends. He's alone.
