The only thing he left out were the facts. Flynn lied, it was easily provable, it was proved, and it was material. The only thing he could go with was materiality which is basically an insane argument for a defense attorney to make, let alone a prosecutor. But aside from that, Kohl did a very reasonable job of trashing the FBI and the DOJ. And Sullivan is going to have to agree with him. Prejudice is iffy though.[/quote]
