NP. See, there's the difference for me. (FWIW, I think some tattoos are works of art and am a huge fan of these, even following some artists on Instagram. I have four.)

Tattoos that are done when the people getting them are drunk are (1) inevitably bad choices and (2) not done at reputable shops with good artists, since those shops won't work on anyone who's incapacitated. You can generally tell if tattoos are picked off of a wall, or otherwise done impulsively, and I'm not a fan of those at all. Tattoos that are well-thought-through and artistically-done are another matter entirely. [/quote]
