I find that with those I know, it doesn't even matter at some point. The tattoo,  or clothing, or whatever,  is just part of the person. What is inside is what counts. Even with lovers,  I've had a few ages ago that had some really silly tattoos and didn't laser them off. They were still sweet guys.
I find it interesting that people can dress perfectly,  sport no body art, etc, and be looked upon as model citizens,  and do all sorts of hateful things and most people will never know unless the get caught.  But dress sloppy, or have a tattoo,  oooo, you're a trashy criminal.  It's silly. 
I noticed quite a few tattoos on the food bank volunteer line. And on a girl that was feeding hungry kids in the park as part of an outreach program. Preschool teachers and ymca volunteers.  I find these young people to be of a higher standard,  body art and all, than any of you holier-than-thou judgemental people.  [/quote]
