All he has is his friends saying they could never believe it (and people on his payroll saying it didn't happen that way).

How did "she have" a forensic specialist" authenticate the messages? That's like going to court and hiring your own expert witness. She'd have to have the phone company or some neutral party come out and say the messages are real. Cmon.

And for the record, Johnny hasn't been prosecuted of anything, okay, OJ? Just because charges were dropped and nothing was prosecuted doesn't mean it didn't happen - if you want to be technical. [/quote]

People tends to be pretty reliable. I can't imagine them publishing something without it being legit as their bread and butter is doing celebrity fluff stories and they count on celebrities trusting them to not throw them under the bus unless they're SURE. [/quote]
