God I don't know what I'd do OP. Politics are very important to me and I won't even date someone too far right - I just know upfront it isn't going to work. Did you have any inkling of this before now??
LOL You have bigger problem then instead of politics. Yes that horrible TRUMP! Against illegal immigration, poor economics deals, terrorists, anchor babies, China where all our crap comes from. FYI Trump use to be a democrat.
He might as well still be one. The man is not a conservative. He couldn't give two shits about the Constitution, and has supported just about every plank in the Democrat Party platform until he figured out he could advance his own personal agenda better by pretending to be a Republican. Those of you who are horrified by Trump because you think he is "too far right," have no clue what conservatism is all about. Trump is a narcissist, pure and simple. Trump is about Trump. If he can't get what he wants by pretending to be a Republican, he will run as a third party candidate if he thinks it will get him what he wants.
You are exactly right. This is why it is so scary that so many are following him. I'm a Republican and cannot stand him. I will either not vote if he's the Republican candidate or vote for a Democrat for the first time ever. Trump is so arrogant, so narcissistic, so unqualified to be president, and such a huge liar that will say anything to get elected. I cannot figure why people don't see right through him. It's beyond baffling. The only thing I can think is people are swayed by the celebrity appeal and that he sounds a bit different than the status quo politician. But that doesn't make him qualified. Ugh, I could go on but my blood pressure rises...
He called W. out for lying about weapons of mass destruction. I hope he isn't president, but I would pin a medal on him for that.
+1. One has to admit he has balls. Attacking Bush that way, right before South Carolina veterans vote.
