I am sorry that you had a bad experience with elder care. Truly, I am. But I don't understand why you're blaming it on immigrants. Do you think that your elderly family member would have received better care from people who were born in the US? What even more staggering sum of money would that have cost, and who would pay for it? The whole elder care system in this country is awful, and it's not the immigrants' fault. The immigrants only work in that system.  The lousy elder care system is the fault of the voters who are willing to accept it instead of insisting on better. [/quote]
