Yes. This is an ADA case. The girl was not given proper accommodations and she was denied access to her flight [b]solely based on the fact that she is autistic[/b].

I also think this was a lack of training, not an overreaction. Airlines are required to train their staff on dealing with people with disabilities. [/quote]
