According to many, there is such an influx of families wtih kids, that in order to make rowhouses affordable, it is necessary to ban condo conversions in rowhouse neighborhoods. That suggests to me that maybe making the rowhouse neighborhoods of DC (including Ward 6) even friendlier to high SES families is not such a priority. [/quote]
