OMG seriously?  He looks guilty bc [b]he didn't come forward initially [/b]and he ran.  If he hadn't done those things, he'd have much more of a chance in the court of public opinion.  Why is that so hard to understand?[/quote]

He did come forward initially.  They released him.  Maybe he went to Texas to get away from being followed every second and minute of his day.  I would have left as well.  Maybe he needed a vacation, but in your rush to judgment you only see ran.  If the police really thought he ran, I am sure they could have found an evasion charge to tact on. [/quote]
