I'm an NP and your reflexive defense of the HOS is so extreme that the only conclusion to be drawn is that you are her. Private schools are built on relationships and long-tenured faculty and staff. Nothing will tank enrollment and donations faster than faculty and staff turnover. This thread is proof of how much trouble HA is in because of the HOS' "everyone is replaceable" attitude. [/quote]
