I also did not have maternity leave - I accrued my sick and vacation leave in order to take the time off. I was a fed lawyer (twins born in 2014). [/quote]

Do your vs action days roll indefinitely or expire once 15 mos from earned?

Most companies got rid of unlimited vacation day accruals. Lockheed certainly did, as people left and had 3-6 month vacation day payouts! [/quote]
