I don't really understand your point, by the way. I think you are conflating a bunch of PP comments into the idea that somehow people don't like charter schools. It's  foolish, though, to assume that all kids are getting a better education because of their existence. We're just creating a parallel school system of a few relatively high performing charters and elementary schools that are still inaccessible to most DC families.[/quote]
