+1 And does anyone actually know what was offered? Because Benson at Fox says the deal had “the core of what they’ve been demanding” and Melugin at Fox says the Democrats had a bunch of new demands like unmasking and judicial warrants, which are exactly what the Democrats have wanted all along (and what the rule of law and the Constitution require, btw, not that Republicans care.)[/quote]
