Pls clarify[/quote] Well, not all of those things are the same, are they? You’re certainly in no position to judge a doctor unless you are one. That’s why you need a testifying expert in a med mal case. Obviously not the same thing, but if you don’t know what it takes to be a starter, you have no idea what was going on that might have caused what you perceived to be poor performance. Easy to complain when you just sit your ass in the stands and don’t put the significant time and effort into helping these kids get splashes. [/quote]
