Uh, no it’s not simple, GG. If a party wins a big arbitration, that party usually mentions it somewhere.  Pretty standard. Even if it’s going to be appealed. [/quote]

NP and my guess is that they will most likely appeal.  However, thinking about that small universe of a chance where they dont appeal, the question is whether a news release and any coverage makes it more or less likely they appeal.  I think a lot of publicity backs Atkins I to a corner and pushes him closer towards appealing.  Like I said, I think he appeals anyways but I think the benefits of a news release are almost 0 when GG has already shared the decision with the union members.  Just my two cents.
