Why no press on supposed nteu arbitration “win”? And zero press releases from nteu? Odd.
Oh, shut up. And crawl back in your hole.
Ok, GG. Too bad you can’t just answer the question.
lol, too bad you are such a troll.
So no answer, GG?
Can you seriously not figure this out on your own? It’s pretty simple.
Uh, no it’s not simple, GG. If a party wins a big arbitration, that party usually mentions it somewhere. Pretty standard. Even if it’s going to be appealed.
NP and my guess is that they will most likely appeal. However, thinking about that small universe of a chance where they dont appeal, the question is whether a news release and any coverage makes it more or less likely they appeal. I think a lot of publicity backs Atkins I to a corner and pushes him closer towards appealing. Like I said, I think he appeals anyways but I think the benefits of a news release are almost 0 when GG has already shared the decision with the union members. Just my two cents. Also, they did a great job on the arbitration so I trust that whatever they are doing is what they believe is in the best interest of the members.
How naive. The decision to appeal will be made completely independently of any news release.
