Thank you for this. I only seen the pics and the dress looks a little too narrow at the bottom, the hem a little too high and the shoes a little too matronly. Now I can envision what you’re saying and it does sound lovely![/quote]

Agreed. I think another issue was the heaviness of the dress (she mentioned it threw off her sense of balance) which pulled it down in a straight line around her torso and hips. If it had some boning, would have been a little more flattering at the waist. In motion it was gorgeous though.[/quote]
