[/quote] In this case I would not recommend SIP (single intentional preference) aka suicide, because she has a higher chance of not getting a bid at all if her favorite house has not ranked her high enough on their bid list. General consensus is only suicide if you know you would not want to be in the second house, not if you just liked the other one more. As others have said, if you sign the card ranking both houses and get your least favorite and end up dropping before initiation, you are not eligible for COB for a full year, meaning you will have to go through formal rush again (which as everyone has said is a long stressful process).
