I'm not sure how he would have hit her leg from that angle, and she still may have hit him as that would likely have caused her to go faster, but running away would have been a much more efficient way for him to avoid being hit than shooting her. [/quote]

No, I am not. What I am saying is that he could have easily jumped out the way vs. shooting her at all. The officer is clearly untrained and chose the exact wrong action in the situation. [/quote]
