Not an awful person but probably an immigrant or second generation.   Americans mostly don’t worry about a girlfriend’s socioeconomic status unless maybe billionaires and you’re not one.  Americans typically want happiness for their children and a spouse who is stable and will be there for your child no matter how tough things get.  You will find these people at public schools and private schools  [/quote]
