People assuming I couldn’t speak English because I chose to speak in Spanish with other Latin Americans, or people mocking me speaking in Spanish at a restaurant. My own kid had to hear her classmates chant “Build that wall” when she was in elementary school. Yeah, it happens. [/quote]
