I don't see where Frumin is any different for Ward 3 than any other Ward Councilmember is for their ward. He has a strong constituent services team that are responsive to calls and emails from constituents which is the primary role for a Councilmember. The rest is just representative government voting for different bills that come out of different committees that the mayor may, or may not, sign.[/quote]

I never got an answer. Who are the people on committees sending legislation to Frumin to vote on? Are they just randos off the street? [/quote]
