No, there isn't a clear table comparing "the number of new developments tied.to each cluster" There is a narrative in each cluster chapter that includes information on housing included in approved and proposed land use plans. For the DCC, those total over 35,000 units. I do not see any indication that the consultants did a rigorous analysis of the development pipeline.[/quote]
