[/quote] I remember seeing online that one of the southern LAC's (rhodes maybe) had an admissions committee that would travel personally to schools in the region that were "admitting a student to our school for the FIRST TIME EVER!" Cute pics on Facebook of happy excited kids and teachers and principals. Thinking how delightful it would have been if the Yale ad com folks had turned up at the high school in North Dakota to congratulate them for having the first ever student admitted to Yale, and then asking what classroom she was in so they could track her down and give her a balloon and her admittance letter in person. When they make the Made for TV movie, they should include a scene like that. It would be too funny![/quote]
