He's not illegal.  No one is illegal.  And he's paying taxes, just not income taxes.  As I've said before, he probably wouldn't owe a lot of income tax anyway.  And he's not burdening the state in any way -- he doesn't claim or take advantage of any social programs or anything.  He likely costs us less than the lazy "domestic" workers around here.[/quote]

What you are doing, hiring an undocumented immigrant, is illegal. And how do you know for which state or federal program he or his family members applied? Do you pay his health insurance? Do you pay his short term disability insurance?[/quote]
