We were recently made aware of this report involving a member of the MVP community. We have not been contacted by law enforcement and have no additional details. If you have any pertinent information, please contact the police as requested in the report.

Is MVP’s position still that they “have no additional details” about this case? From the case documents being available to the public, I hope that is not their stance and they keep us updated instead of hoping that we forget about this.[/quote]

MVP is a parent volunteer run organization for summer swim. Different than swim teams like ASA, which is a club team.

That may be true, but if they knew of the police report, even if it didn't result in an arrest, they had a responsibility to keep him away from the kids in at least in such a highly interactive role as team photographer.
