Not really. ECRL is "regional league". ECNL is "national league". Some smaller clubs have only regional league teams, and that's fine. Bigger clubs have "national league" teams.

A club having a B team or developmental team as their top team in an age group is just....strange. How can you have a B team without an A team?[/quote]
