The real issue is that the overall talent level in northern Virginia isn't close to the talent in Maryland, Long Island, Philly, Upstate NY, Jersey, Connecticut or even Boston. It is more at the level of SoCal, NorCal, Denver, or even South Florida. If you want to blame something, blame the lack of good rec programs, the huge prevalence of travel soccer, or poor skill development in early club before you blame Capital.[/quote]
