The premise of your defense is BS. People working construction sites, picking produce, bussing tables are not dangerous people.

+1000%.  Even ICE's own data reveals that only 2.5% of the people they are arresting and detaining have any kind of prior criminal record whatsoever.  That's substantially lower than the general US population.

IF they were trying to capture MS-13 members that would be a credible argument and with those kinds of people they should take extra precautions.
