The same things it always stands for:

Stable and growing economy
Job creation
Investments in our people and country through education, infrastructure and repatriating manufacturing from abroad
Rule of law for all.
Civil rights for all
A functioning government that works for all people.
FEMA
USAID and other soft power levers

Rule of Law for all is unfortunately an empty phrase in reality all too often.  There is a complete unwillingness to enforce the law and have real consequences, unwillingness to arrest, persecute, and punish crime. It is unbelievable what the public is asked to put up with. [/quote]

+1 We are expected to deal with the consequences of mentally ill, criminal, and drug addicted folks freely walking the streets and riding public tramsportation.[/quote]
