No.  For the same reason, this child and her family need to leave; the US is not responsible for feeding, vaccinating, and providing for every needy person and country in the world.

Numbers matter.

Taking every dollar and asset from every billionaire and millionaire in the US would leave the US government in debt at the amount of (over) $3 trillion dollars.

That’s today. We all know the US government will accumulate debt daily.

The US government acquires approximately $7.9 billion in debt per day.

We have (theoretically) taken every dollar from every billionaire and millionaire in our country.

We still are accumulating $7.9 billion in debt per day.
