This was me growing up with a cousin. I was 8 years older than her, we were about 4 hours apart but our birthdays were only 2 days apart. It was an excuse to get the family together in April each year to celebrate the grandkids' birthdays. We'd meet at a restaurant in the middle. We had separate celebrations with our friends from school, of course, but the family celebration was always a joint affair. It's a fond memory.[/quote]
